1.Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries
Ingredients:
- A pound of large strawberries
- A cup of powdered sugar
- ¼ cup of graham cracker crumbs
- 1 (8 ounces) package of cream cheese, softened
- A teaspoon of vanilla extract
Directions:
- Rinse your strawberries first, then cut the tops and clean the insides using a paring knife. Set the fruits aside.
- Get your mixing bowl, then add your powdered sugar, cream cheese, and vanilla. Next, beat them until they are creamy and fluffy. Add the cream cheese mix to a piping bag. If you don’t have one, use a Ziploc, then snip one corner off. Fill the strawberries with your mixture.

Ingredients:
- Half a cup of mascarpone cheese
- 4 tablespoons of butter, in room temperature
- 1 Granny Smith or any apply that is firm. Core it and then slice it thinly

- 2 teaspoons of honey
- 8 slices of cinnamon raisin bread
- 2 tablespoons of light brown sugar
- Panini press
Directions:
- Use a mini food processor or a whisk and a small bowl. Whip up the honey and mascarpone until they are combined properly or until fluffy.
- Heat your panini press until it reaches medium-high heat.
- Spread button on two bread slices. Flip them and spread a tablespoon of sweetened mascarpone on each. Top the first slice of bread with a layer of apples, then place a slice of bread on it with the butter side up. Add some brown sugar on top.
- Grill the slices of bread in your panini press until the fillings are warmed up, and the bread is toasted. You can add a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
3.Easy Peach Crisp
Ingredients:
- Half a cup of low-fat granola with raisins
- 4 large peaches, sliced and pitted
- Half a teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
- A cup of vanilla low-fat frozen yogurt
Directions:
- Preheat your broiler to high.
- Place your granola on a jelly-roll pan making sure that it is spread evenly. Broil it for about 2 minutes. Stir it after a minute.
- Put a large nonstick skillet over medium heat and melt your utter. Add the peaches to the pan and cook them for about 3 minutes. Stir the fruits occasionally. Add the cinnamon and sugar, then cook for another minute or until you see the sugar melting. Stir it occasionally. Spoon about 2/3 cup of the peach mixture in each of your four shallow bowls. Top each of your servings with two tablespoons of granola and ¼ cup of yogurt.
